Delete Your Minamo Poker Account

This page is for Minamo Poker by Minamo (Minamo LLC), on the App Store and on Google Play. You can delete your account and its data in the app, or ask us by email if you can no longer open the app.

Delete it in the app

The steps are the same on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android. The app shows its text in lowercase.

Leave any game you are playing. The app cannot delete an account while it is seated at a table.
On the home screen, tap settings.
Tap delete account.
Read the warning and tap delete.

The account is deleted at once and the app returns to its start screen.

Can't open the app? Ask us by email

Email support@minamo.co with the subject "Delete my Minamo Poker account" and tell us:

your username;
if you signed in with Google or Apple: send the email from the address of that account, or tell us which address it is;
if you played as a guest and never signed in: anything that helps us find the account, such as roughly when you started, your level and your chip balance.

We may ask you to confirm the account is yours before we delete it. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What deletion removes

Your account and profile: username, email address, the link to your Google or Apple account, chips, level and experience, and game statistics.
Your characters, frames, tables and everything you unlocked or bought with chips.
Your ranked rating and match results, weekly tourney entries and tokens.
Your chip and experience history, your hand history and your spin history.
Your purchase receipts and purchase history.
Your sign-in sessions.

Deletion cannot be undone. Chips and items cannot be restored or moved to another account, and purchases are not refunded. You can start a new guest account at any time.

What we keep

Google Play purchase records. For each chip purchase made on Android we keep a one-way fingerprint of Google's purchase token, Google's order number and the time, no longer linked to any account. They stop the same purchase being credited twice, and we keep them for as long as the game sells chips.
Hand summaries. Summaries of hands you played (the cards shown, the pot and the winning hand) refer to players only by a random account number, which no longer leads to anyone after deletion. They are deleted automatically within about seven months.
Crash reports. Reports the app already sent to Sentry, our crash-reporting service, carry your random account number. They are deleted automatically within 90 days.
Security and server logs. Our sign-in service may keep a log of sign-ins and of the deletion itself, with the account number, the IP address and, for a linked account, its email address. Short-lived server logs and internal error alerts may also mention the account number until they expire, within 90 days.

Google and Apple keep their own records of your purchases in your Google or Apple account; we cannot delete those.
